INTERNET GUIDELINES
ADDITIONAL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR ADVERTISING AND USING The PROFESSIONAL MENTORING NETWORK's CONTENT ON THE INTERNET:

1) When advertising, refrain from making any inappropriate claims about ProMentors.net. You may discuss The Professional Mentoring Network as it relates to the topics of marketing and advertising.

2) When advertising, refrain from practices or making claims that are not founded in the philosophies and standards of the programs that The Professional Mentoring Network supports.

3) When advertising in writing (including Internet advertising), you must prominently state that you are an "Independent Affiliate", and not an employee or authorized representative of ProMentors.net. For Internet advertisements, this statement should be placed on the Home Page of your site. The main focus of this policy is to ensure that the recipient of the ad does not confuse the identity of the Independent Affiliate with that of ProMentors.net, and/or their partners and parent company.

4) Furthermore, all Independent Affiliates must use the designated logos, graphics, and other advertising mediums, that are approved by ProMentors.net. A licensing agreement is also available on request.

5) Some individuals refer to their account numbers in their independent websites. You should be aware that, if you choose to place your account number or ID on your website, anyone can contact The ProMentors.net's Customer Service Department and request information about your account. In doing so, the privacy of your account and information are jeopardized. Furthermore, ProMentors.net would like to maintain the integrity of its programs and registered Affiliates. Product inquiries and sales are based on "word-of-mouth" and referral advertising. Therefore, we respectfully request that you be true to this plan in all of your advertising efforts.

6) Many ProMentors.net Affiliates market different products and services on their websites. Proprietary labels and branded information should always reflect the individual and independent nature of those separate listings.

7) When registering a domain name for your website, do not use any of ProMentors.net’s registered trademarks or names. This includes the names of products or any promotions that are trademarks of ProMentors.net, its programs and services. Do not use a name that is confusingly similar to any of those names.

8) All Affiliates must have administrative approval to link to ProMentors.net’s website. When given permission to link to the site, you must follow the double-click rule. This states that there must be a page between any links to the Affiliate's website and the ProMentors.net website that includes a paragraph with the provided disclaimer. Imbedding or framing content from the ProMentors.net website into your own website is strictly prohibited.

9) When registering metatags with search engines, do not use any registered trademarks, names, or terminology that is in conflict with any of the above statements.

10) Failure of your website to maintain compliance with any of ProMentors.net's Policies and Procedures may result in disciplinary or legal action.

NO SPAM Policy: If you choose to become an Affiliate Partner and promote this manual or any of the offers contained herein, you may not use UCE (unsolicited commercial email) in your marketing efforts. If you are accused of spamming, your Affiliate account will be immediately suspended without warning, pending further resolution.
